Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage all enablement data and KPI reporting across business segments
- Manage all enablement logistics including workshop scheduling, communications, and evaluations
- Write communications that is elegant, clear, concise, and persuasive that excites and encourages learners
- Build learning program/project briefs in partnership with business partners ensure learning outcomes reflects the needs and requirements of our learners
Requirement :
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or similar field required
- 0-2 Number of years of experience in a Project or Program Management type role
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
- Exposure to conducting analysis to provide recommendations to business partners
- Ability to communicate complicated analysis in a simple way to influence individuals
- Phenomenal interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Skilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (field sales, business partners, product marketing, sales operations, etc.)
