About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing world class service by assisting clients with inquiries related to TourFactory product offerings and services. This client facing role is viewed as a partnership with our clients. This position provides; resources, answers, guidance, recommendations and assistance. Excellent communication with real estate agents, TAPs and Media Providers for exceptional first contact resolution and outcome are critical.

What you will do:

    • Achieve and exceed client transactional experience satisfaction ratings established by the department head
    • Achieve and exceed contact center key performance indicators and metrics as established by the department head
    • Capture and share client insights with TF leadership to improve the overall client experience
    • Process customer orders and adjustments according to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
    • Manage inquiries from external and internal clients in a timely, accurate and professional manner
    • Gather external and internal client information thoroughly and efficiently
    • Educate the client on self-service tools, if applicable, to prevent the need for future contactsAdhere to work schedule to provide necessary coverage for client service activities
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Embrace a culture of continual learning and takes accountability for keeping themselves educated on all facets of the role

Who you are

      • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service related rolesAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
      • Use of Google Chrome and/or Internet Explorer.
      • Knowledge of basic computer troubleshooting from an end-user standpoint
      • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
      • Ability to handle complaints and offer constructive feedback
      • Strong detail orientation, communication, and listening skills
      • Strong data entry skills

The US hourly salary range for this fixed term contract is $19 to $28 per hour+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
