Human Factors Psychology Intern - Summer 2024

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a human factors psychology intern with experience in eye tracking, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and experimental design to help our client to gather user feedback. The successful candidate will conduct clinical testing on anything related to human use and human performance with electro-optical and infrared sensors. When not traveling to test sites, the successful candidate will have an on-site/remote hybrid work environment.

More About the Role:

Support construction of experiment training, surveys, interview questions, and overall experiment design. Support research with intermediate level of understanding of ergonomics and human-centric design principles. Support data collection and analysis in R script.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate student, with a minimum of three full years of psychology in higher education.
  • Active Secret clearance (if no existing clearance, any offer would be contingent on obtaining Interim Secret Clearance)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience conducting and analyzing human perception experiments associated with the use of complex systems.
  • Experience analyzing software user interfaces, particularly related to video imagery that includes overlayed situation awareness information
  • Experience building and supporting experiments in Python and R Script

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$41,700 - $83,500
