- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Participates in research and design activities to better understand client and user needs and find breakthrough solutions. This may involve assisting with on-site work with clients or users.
- Assists in delivering innovative user experiences and market outcomes through guided and collaborative contributions. Delivers high-quality work on time as directed. Actively involved in learning about the designer's offering, team, and organization and how to improve their skills.
- Participates in design associations, community service projects, and volunteer initiatives. Involved in studio give back projects (e.g., creation of studio assets, donates skills to others, studio tours). Assists in facilitating design thinking workshops. Proactively finds mentors both within and outside their discipline.
