WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Assist the construction development team in coordinating and managing various aspects of venue construction projects.

Support administrative tasks related to project documentation, scheduling, and budget tracking.

Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes during project planning and execution.

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project compliance and success.

Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status, milestones, and key insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Undertake a final internship project, assigned at the beginning of the program, and present findings at the end.

Gain practical experience in managing construction projects for live entertainment venues, focusing on both new construction and renovation projects.

Develop skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management within the context of venue development.

Learn how to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals and objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, preferably in a field related to project management, construction management, or civil engineering.

Recent graduate, Junior or Senior standing.

Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be at least 18 years of age

Previous experience or coursework in project management, construction management, or related fields is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Comfort with physical tasks such as conducting site visits and inspections.
Note: Interns may be expected to travel to project sites alongside their mentor. All expenses related to any travel will be paid for by Live Nation.
