The Position
As an intern on the Strategic Initiatives and Climate Adaptation team (SICA), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of key projects and climate adaptation initiatives that support our strategic goals. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will work closely with Analysts on the team to help develop project requirements and oversee the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives. Your daily tasks will include data analysis, market research, presentation development, implementing regulatory requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and more. You will have the opportunity to learn how to work within Agile methodology and collaborate with colleagues from all parts of the business – including sales, claims, technology, legal, customer experience, etc.
Responsibilities

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term.
Requirements

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 4th – August 21st, 2025.
