The Position
Our Intern Program is designed to support the development of students and recent graduates for future positions by offering one-on-one mentoring, peer and experiential learning, internal training programs, and much more. We are currently accepting applications for undergraduate and master’s level students or recent graduates seeking the opportunity to work in the investment management space.
The position contributes to building enterprise data on world-class technology, working with investment teams.
Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation, build and maintenance of our investment solutions on a modern data technology platform with Databricks and Snowflake on the Azure cloud

Build analytics and datasets for downstream consumption by systems and reports

Automation of processes to improve operational efficiencies

Create visualizations and insights with Power BI dashboards

Effectively complete projects and other duties assigned in a collaborative environment

Work closely with our business systems analyst to gather requirements for new and existing solutions.

Perform data analysis on business financial datasets

Assess opportunities to document best practices and processes

Assist on projects and provide production support as needed.
Requirements

Post-secondary/Undergraduate program/combination of experience that demonstrates a strong background in computer science or engineering, or equivalent study in data science

Diligent, detail-oriented, and accurate when preparing deliverables

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage multiple priorities

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem-solving ability

A willingness to learn new things, a self-starter and able to work independently

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required

Proficiency with Python coding

Familiar with ETL processing and database technologies (SQL, Databricks)

GenAI and ML with understanding in model training, monitoring and evaluation
