
Technology Operations and Presentation Intern
Cinemark Theatres,
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and Test Equipment: Collaborate with CNK evaluation staff to assess, compare, and document performance of projectors, servers, and related software.

Training Support: Apply insights from evaluations to assist in training team members on new technologies.

Content Development: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create Yonyx knowledgebase articles and comprehensive training documentation.

Alpha/Beta Testing: Conduct testing of selected equipment and set up lab environments for trials.

Data Analysis & Support: Perform ticket analysis, investigate trends, and provide support to identify improvement opportunities.

Documentation Management: Create and maintain training materials from the existing queue, ensuring timely updates.

Feedback Coordination: Manage organizational updates and feedback cycles for documentation requests.
Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with hardware/software testing and evaluation processes.

Basic understanding of servers, networking, and projection systems is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose improvements.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation and collaborating with SMEs.

Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and think critically.

Tools Knowledge: Experience or willingness to learn documentation platforms (e.g., Yonyx) and ticketing systems.
