The Position

Ignite Productions is hiring an Account & Activation Manager to help lead experiential marketing programs from planning through on-site execution. This role supports client communication, coordinates logistics and staffing, and travels to activations to ensure flawless delivery. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-growing marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs
• Help build run-of-show documents, staffing schedules, and activation playbooks
• Track project status and keep all stakeholders aligned
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Maintain clear, proactive communication throughout planning and execution
• Help prepare client-facing updates, recaps, and performance reporting
• Travel to client activations and events to support execution and troubleshoot in real time
• Lead on-site teams and ensure staffing is aligned with expectations
• Represent Ignite with professionalism and confidence in the field
• Work closely with staffing, logistics, and creative partners
• Support internal process improvements as we scale (templates, systems, workflows)

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in experiential marketing, events, agency work, account coordination, or related fields
• Strong organization and project management skills (details matter here)
• Great communicator — responsive, clear, and professional with clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
• Reliable, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Willing and excited to travel for activations (including occasional evenings/weekends based on event schedules)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and residing in one of the eligible states:

TX, FL, TN, NV, WA, SD, WY
