
HR Data Analyst Intern - Sharp- 2026

The Position
In this role, the intern will work closely with the HR team to enhance the way information is stored, maintained, and accessed across the HR organization. They will be instrumental in preparing and organizing HR data and content to bolster both current data delivery methods and future AI-enabled HR self-service tools. All the data analysis and cleanup efforts will ultimately contribute to the development of a Human Resources driven chatbot, designed to assist our company employees. Responsibilities
- Assess existing HR data and documents across shared drives and HR systems
- Consolidate, clean, and standardize HR data to reduce duplication and improve consistency
- Improve data accessibility through better structure, naming conventions, and organization
- Help prepare and maintain HR content to support current and future AI-enabled HR self-service tools
- Assist in the design and interface planning of a Human Resources AI partner
- Help document HR AI Partner Use Cases
- Map HR data sources and content to HR AI Partner knowledge areas
- Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and appropriate access controls
- Assist in documenting data standards, workflows, and best practices for HR information management
- Support basic HR data reporting, audits, and data maintenance activities
- Assist with general HR projects including onboarding materials, policy updates, and internal communications
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in data analysis, data cleanup, and information organization
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, and Teams
- Interest in AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
