Responsibilities
Assist Sales team with support and coordination of activities between Marketing (70%) and other (30%) departments. Main deliverables are to support the Sales team towards gathering more comprehensive and more useful market and competitive intelligence, towards the goals of increasing flooring and market share. In addition, gain exposure to the critical budgeting/accounting side of sales while supporting the team with their monthly invoicing process. This opportunity will be very rewarding for a candidate currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program seeking exposure to the manufacturing and retail industry.

Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market data (Weekly Intel Report)

Monthly internal flooring file

Floor mapping intel gathering for key accounts

Support Regional Sales team with invoice submission

Provide analysis and support of product promotional calendar

Assist in sell-out analysis activities

Special projects as needed
Requirements
- High-School Diploma – Required
- 0-2 Years Experience (General Business Experience) – Preferred
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Web search and image editing skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively towards stated goals
- Time management, ability to manage multiple projects
