The Position

The Sundae team is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creator culture and digital storytelling who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager and working closely with coordinators and managers, you’ll support the execution of influencer campaigns, assist in building strong creator relationships, and contribute to cross-functional projects. Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns by assisting with coordination, timelines, and deliverables using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with influencers by supporting communication, follow-ups, and campaign logistics.
  • Help grow and maintain our influencer database by researching, identifying, and onboarding new creators aligned with brand and campaign needs.
  • Support the team as a secondary point of contact for influencers, helping answer questions, relay information, and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Assist with campaign tracking and performance monitoring by gathering data, organizing results, and contributing to post-campaign recaps.
  • Support influencer-related events, experiences, and activations, including planning assistance and on-site coordination when applicable.
  • Help create visual mood boards, content guidelines, and briefing documents to support campaign storytelling.
  • Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator culture, sharing insights with the team during brainstorms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, social, talent, and brand) to gain exposure to integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience through internships or school projects).
  • Previous internship, academic, or volunteer experience in PR, communications, marketing, or media is an asset—but not required. Curiosity and motivation matter most.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in learning how to craft effective media pitches and PR materials.
  • A collaborative team player who’s reliable, proactive, and eager to support teammates wherever needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excited to learn how an agency operates day to day.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Passionate about pop culture, media, and storytelling, with a strong interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and building a future in PR, influencer marketing, and integrated communications.
