The Position
As a Finance Intern, you will play an integral role in our team and will be responsible for managing various bookkeeping tasks. The role requires comfort with working with numbers, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Record financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist in month-end financial processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Requirements
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
