Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and assessing potential acquisition targets, as well as other corporate initiatives, for strategic fit and value generation through business case development and financial modeling

Conduct market analyses, including development and maintenance of industry benchmarking databases and presentations, to identify emerging industry trends and commercial business opportunities

Support the preparation of financial analysis, including building complex models, assessment of synergies / dis-synergies, valuation analysis, and accretion / dilution

Assist in the execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including due diligence, financial analysis, executive and regulatory approval, transaction documentation, and integration support

Provide support to other corporate strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests as required
Requirements

Currently in at least the second year of a Bachelor’s degree program in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation building, with excellent attention to detail

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and valuation concepts

An innovative and solutions-oriented mindset, open to looking at things differently and creating value where it may not first appear obvious

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with senior management
