The Position

Euna Solutions is looking for Accounting Co-Op Associates to join our dynamic Accounting and Legal teams. If you're a proactive student who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, these roles offer hands-on experience in real business operations, exposure to cross-functional teams, and opportunities to own impactful projects.

You’ll be part of a group that values accuracy, initiative, and curiosity. We’re looking for team players who want to learn, contribute meaningfully, and aren’t afraid to speak up when something can be done better.

Responsibilities

• Help locate and upload contracts into our CMS
• Support renewal tracking and document audits
• Ensure compliance with vendor registration processes
• Participate in data clean-up and reconciliation across Salesforce and other platforms

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Co-op program and working toward a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal Studies, or Business Administration
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently or on a team
• Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
• Adaptable to changing priorities—comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
