Responsibilities

• Produce various Financial Reports (Headcount, Overhead, Maintenance Program profitability, Aircraft Warranty)
• Analyze actual vs budget expenses variances of the Customer Experience Business Aircraft Group
• Participate in the month end financial activities (Journal entries, account reconciliations, Billing, etc)
• Offer support to the team`s financial analysts & different business partners
• Participate in the realization of various projects
• Ensure the respect of the principles of accounting within the activities of management of inventories
• Reconcile accounts of inventory of spare parts
• Participate in initiatives to cleaning up the inventory data

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a bachelor`s degree with a major in Accounting or Finance
• You have good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
• You have good organizational skills, planning skills and you can respect tight deadlines
• You have good team spirit
• You speak and write in French and English
