Responsibilities

Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Provide administrative support in maintaining and organizing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and protocols.

Task Execution: Perform assigned tasks with diligence and attention to detail, gradually taking on more complex responsibilities as skills develop.

Project Support: Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and contributing to team efforts.

Analysis and Problem Solving: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics, compiling findings into reports or presentations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Learning & Development: Observe and learn from experienced professionals, understanding the day-to-day operations and challenges of the industry. If possible, attend related educational courses or training sessions offered by Ferrovial.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

Improvement and Innovation: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
