Position

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

– Assist in planning and executing LIVE creator campaigns, including pre launch preparation, in app setup, and post campaign evaluation.

– Support data tracking and reporting for campaign performance, including participation, revenue, and content quality metrics.

– Conduct research on creator behavior, market trends, and competitive best practices to support strategy development.

– Coordinate cross functional communication with Creator Managers, marketing, product, and design teams to ensure efficient delivery of campaign assets.

– Help manage creator outreach, recruitment, and education related to campaign participation.

– Maintain documentation, timelines, and playbooks for campaign operations.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

– Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.

– Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

– Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy, digital marketing, or content operations.

– Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.

– Detail oriented, organized, and highly accountable.

– Proactive learner with passion for digital platforms and LIVE creators. 

Preferred Qualifications

– Passion for TikTok, entertainment, and creator communities.

– Experience with data analysis, campaign work, or content creation.

– Familiarity with LIVE streaming trends and creator incentives.

– Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset.
