The Position

This role supports Donor Programs and Communications with a focus on engaging and retaining blood donors. This internship offers hands-on experience in donor communications and program support, helping to meet blood collection and inventory goals.

Responsibilities

Projects may include but are not limited to: supporting donor engagement and retention efforts; Assisting with educational email and text campaigns; Providing support for the online donor rewards program and donor accounts; assisting in the coordination of donor incentives.

The ideal candidate will learn quickly, be deadline driven, detail oriented, a creative problem solver, and highly motivated.

Requirements

Previous internships or experience leading a volunteer or club event is helpful. Candidates should have strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
